How we are governed to create value
We are committed to good corporate governance, which is the overarching framework of
our operations. In 2016 we continued to work to ensure that our policies and practices
promoted good governance and ethics in all areas of our business. This assists in
ensuring that we deliver on our strategy and address our material issues.

Application of the King III principles and the introduction of King IV principles
In 2016, we continued to focus on the application of and adherence to the King III principles, and also
commenced preparations for adopting the King IV Code. We are satisfied that we substantially applied the
